Barca beats Getafe (0-2) with an exhibition of Ibra

Barca's imposed Getafe (0-2) at the Coliseum Alfonso Perez with a great display of Ibrahimovic once again set and has left many details of his tremendous abilities. Messi, head, head has ruled the party taking advantage of a great Swedish center.

Guardiola has surprised Chygrynskiy alignment on defense and an attack with Jeffren, Pedro and Ibrahimovic. Henry, Iniesta, Messi, Alves and have formed a bench Busquets luxury and Puyol has been on the right side. Controlling the vessel left the game while Getafe, leading up to this Saturday has pushed strongly for the champion with lightning quick surprise cons.Piqué A slip has taken the first shock of the goal but Valdes has left Barca quickly anticipating Albin (min.8).

The Uruguayan was unable to open the scoring with a tremendous left-footed shot that has been in the squad of Valdes' goal but the ball did not enter (min.11). Pedro Leon has tested the reflexes of goalkeeper Catalan with another shot from the edge but the goal has been very attentive (min.18). Barca have not found the pace of play and gradually the Azulones have been growing over the lack of bite Barca. Exchanges between Jeffren band and Peter and the long pass to Ibrahimovic have failed initially. The Swede, a double shot after a corner (min.27), but was able to set the pace with Michel has avoided the Barca striker's shot.

Soldier, of Chile, sent the ball again with the stick of Valdes' goal which saw Piqué prevented a second auction of front marbled (min.30). Xavi, placed a distant shot has been bailed Ustari (min.39). Ibrahimovic se ha quedado solo ante Ibrahimovic was left alone to Ustari but the referee was wrong to whistle a nonexistent outside game (min. 41). Then the Swede has done a lot of control in the area between two defenders but the Argentine goal has guessed the intentions of the Barca striker and he stopped his low shot (min.43) in Barca's best chance in the first half.

In the second half, not much has changed things start. A kick in the front Pedro Leon pulled by the barrier has been the clearest chance in the opening minutes Getafe (min.53). Before, a good cross from Peter Belenguer has rightly taken to avoid the auction of Jeffren (min.48). Guardiola has decided to Messi and Iniesta by Jeffren and Pedro (min.57). Another has whiplash from Xavi to shine Ustari that he got the ball for a corner (min.59).

Barca have improved dramatically with the influx of gamers and has begun to tighten the Azulones until Ibrahimovic finally broke the local mesh. It was after an excellent cross from the Swedish Abidal has only had to skim to catch Ustari (0-1, min.67) and overtake the Pep. An error of Toure uses almost Manu del Moral but Valdes has addressed the shot from midfielder (min.73).

A great play of the Barca attack could involve Barca's second goal. Ibrahimovic, intractable in the second half, took a pass from death to the Manchego Iniesta has missed too lazy to finish off the ball (min.76). Messi however, has not wasted the measured Swedish center had received from Alves, and in the countryside, and had nodded off the ball angrily sealed the win for Barça (0-2, min.81) and forget for a few minutes go wrong in Argentina. A heel of Ibra Iniesta has risen once again to the Barca fans who have witnessed the tremendous quality of the new 9 Barca.

Gamers have continued to make mischief but Ibra in uncomfortable position and Keita could not sign the third. Barca get the provisional lead with a comfortable win, with shining and Ibra goal to zero again.

Guardiola: "With Iniesta will be a little stronger"

"My renewal is not a priority. The day I feel like I do, we do so as discreetly as possible and fast," says

Barcelona coach, Josep Guardiola, described as "great news" the return of Andres Iniesta in the second match of the league, and said that he would be "a little stronger."

In fact, Guardiola believes that the muscle injury that has had at the Fuentealbilla three and half month low, "has done more man, although no player," because that is almost impossible. The de Iniesta could be one of the great innovations of the eleventh Barca against Getafe, a team that gets all sorts of praise from the coach Catalan.

We're going to field leader. We could say that have only one match of the league and that is a coincidence, but it is not a game, has played eleven since the start of the preseason and has not lost any," he notes. To win at the Coliseum Alfonso Pérez, Guardiola believes his men will "scratch to a great height, and therefore may have to resort to Leo Messi, who you want to play with Barca and forget about the two parties has lost this week for Argentina against Brazil and Paraguay and complicating the classification of the Albiceleste for the next World Cup.

A Messi called because I have become physically fit, a little sad, but okay. He loves his country very much, and want to play the World Cup with Argentina. The tragedy would not affect him, but the best feature of Leo is his mental strength. Football always gives other opportunities and see how tomorrow is to play, "he says.

Barcelona coach has also called for his latest signing, the Ukrainian central Chygrynskiy Dymtro, "which is on the list and, therefore, has the same chance of playing than the other seventeen" he says.

In another central Argentina's Gabriel Milito, who has been nearly a year and a half away from the pitch by a serious knee injury, Guardiola prefers to go forgetting for the moment. "I do not expect to recover within a specified period. A Gabi have to leave it alone, to get well. His return would be the news of the year. To me, almost better than winning a title, to say one day in there (in the costumes): 'Gabi Milito played today,' "he said.

Pep Guardiola reviewed other aspects of the present Barca, with the notice of the young Bojan Krkic to dispute with Spain Under-20 World Cup. "It's something that upsets the plans, but here are few things we can do. The Federation has provided the strength and reason, because the law says so," he said.

On the second contract, Tito Vilanova, still paid the same when I was assistant in the subsidiary Guardiola, Sant Pedor coach said that "the club will do everything and more to be happy."

Barcelona coach also spoke of his renewal, but warned he would never do. "I have one year contract and much work to do. My renewal is not a priority. The day I feel like I do, we do so as discreetly as possible and quickly," he explained.

That yes, it was clear when asked if he would condition the continuity of the current board, since the end of this season are elections."I am delighted with this board and, if I will be delighted with another board, because it will be the partner you have chosen," he said.

Teams

Much has been made about Barcelona’s squad depth and their substitutes' bench made up mostly of youngsters from their cantera, and the size of their dressing room will be put to the test over the next week as Pep Guardiola prepares his side for the trip to Getafe, just four days before travelling to Milan to face Inter in the Champions League opener.

The good news for ‘El Tricampeon’ is that Andres Iniesta is finally back to full match fitness and ready for action, although it has been confirmed that he will not be starting the game at Geta’s Coliseum Alfonso Perez and will instead be gradually re-introduce to competitive football.

Defender, Rafa Marquez is also back from his pre-season lay-off but he has been omitted for technical reasons, according to the club’s official website. But a player who could be thrown into action on Saturday is new arrival, centre-back Dmytro Chygrynskiy.

Those who could be given a rest include South Americans, Dani Alves and Lionel Messi, both of whom returned late to the squad following World Cup qualifying commitments. The Argentine forward, however, could still feature prominently in this game after young Bojan Krkick was left out due to an injury he picked up while on duty with Spain’s U-21 side in midweek. As such, Guardiola has been left with the 18-man convoy below:

Goalkeepers: Victor Valdes, Pinto

Defenders: Dani Alves, Puyol, Pique, Chygrynskiy, Abidal, Maxwell

Midfielders: Yaya Toure, Busquets, Keita, Jeffren, Xavi, Iniesta

Forwards: Pedro, Ibrahimovic, Messi, Henry

We ask you to leave your choices in the comments feature below using hyphens to separate positions, working from left to right. For example, here is the side that could line up in a 4-3-3 formation:

Valdes – Puyol, Chygrynskiy, Pique, Abidal – Xavi, Busquets, Keita – Pedro, Ibrahimovic, Henry

Visca el Barca!

Txiki: "It's difficult for Barça to sell players"

Speaking at a press conference, Barcelona sports director Txiki Begiristain looked back at the summer transfer window.

The squad
"Having a shorter squad is not a risk. You can have a larger squad but then you have the problem of managing all that and that carries some risks too. I don't see a problem compared with next season.

The exit of Jorquera won't have an effect because we just return to the situation of having two goalkeepers at the first team. Chygrynskiy will have more minutes than Cáceres. The minutes of Hleb will be for Pedro. And both Jonathan and Tiago could take advantage of the sale of Gudjohnsen. Maxwell will probably play more than Sylvinho and Ibrahimovic replaces Eto'o. And the club also hopes that Milito will have recovered soon.

It's true that Pep has said that the squad is rather short but he has also said that he has a lot of confidence in the youth players, who adapt easily to the way of playing. We have played with a lot of home-grown players in last season's Champions League final, we ended the Super Cup in Monaco with eight home-grown players on the pitch and during the pre-season we have seen that there are talented youth players coming through. We are starting the season with a good and secure feeling, and we are very satified with the current squad."

The winter tranfer window
"Although we don't really like the winter market, we will be monitoring things over the coming months since we haven't been able to do everything we wanted this summer because of the very high and actually shocking prices."

Robinho
"We have a great relationship with Manchester City and during the talks the name of Robinho came up. We didn't make a concrete bid because every time we talked about it, they made clear that he was not for sale."

Selling players
"It's difficult for Barça to get money for the players we sell. We basically sell because we don't want the player anymore. We don't need them anymore and the other teams of course know that too. The salary is one of the other problems when selling players. In any case, we don't want to be the best sellers. Our first objective is to buy players and to improve what we already have."

Barcelona Coach Guardiola Set To Rest Messi Against Getafe

Two defeats in a week is an unusual experience for Barca's star forward.

Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola is set to rest Argentinian forward Lionel Messi for Saturday's Primera Division game against in-form Getafe.

Messi is due to return from Argentina this morning after suffering two defeats in five days with the Albicelestes as World Cup qualification hopes begin to slip away.

A 3-1 defeat at the hands of Brazil in Messi's home town of Rosario was followed by a 1-0 defeat to Paraguay in Asuncion, both opponents qualifying as a result, as an out of sorts Argentina drop to fifth in their qualifying group.

And Argentina's demise could mean a further Messi absence for Barca. If Argentina finish in fifth place in the South American qualifying group Messi will be expected to play in the World Cup play-off against the fourth place CONCACAF side in mid November.

Guardiola is expected to rest his star player this weekend, according to AS, but it isn't yet known if he will travel to Madrid.
